Don’t skip breakfast just because you’re doing The Daniel Fast!  If you have no time in the morning, simply grab a piece or two of fresh fruit.  Below are a few other ideas and recipes..

Have fun reading the ingredient labels in the cereal aisle and finding one that is Daniel Fast approved!  Your best bet is Post Shredded Wheat.  It has one ingredient – whole grain wheat.  Pile it high with bananas and berries, and you won’t miss the sugar.  Remember, only UNSWEETENED plant milks are allowed.

NOPE!  NOT THIS ONE!  I know we all want to eat Ezekiel bread because it’s called Ezekiel bread.  Sorry!  It has yeast and is not allowed.
