- 3 pitted dates
- 2/3 cup almond milk*
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until desired consistency, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary. I like mine as smooth as possible.
- Refrigerate overnight. I like to stir it once or twice before I go to bed, but it will be fine if you forget.
- In the morning, add some fresh fruit and enjoy!
*The best is Califia Farms Coconut Almondmilk Blend. It adds a lot of extra flavor!
You really can’t mess this up. Add another date or two if you need it sweeter. Top it with fresh banana slices. Try a dash of cinnamon. Toss in some nuts or seeds. Whatever you like!
